Thomas MI enjoy working with this location, unfortunately I was not given this location for pickup initially. I made a reservation for pickup at 9:30am, when I went to pick up the vehicle I found the location does not open until 11:30am. Why would I be given that location? Fortunately, when I called U-Haul the representative was able to switch my pickup to this location, which was only 5 minutes away and I could get my truck and not have a big delay.

Tashia GWhen I was asked where I was gonna return the U-Haul, I told him Webster New York Ridge Road and he selected somehow we’re on decoy New York so there was confusion and I had to drive 25 miles out of my way to return the trailer. I actually showed him the address on my phone and Google maps

I truly appreciate the help that I received, such as accommodations with alternative choices at the same price for a vehicle that I reserved that was not available when I arrived. This location made the rental of a truck totally painless.
Helena SThey rented the trailer out and didn’t have a replacement. Once the trailer came back the turn signals were backwards and the gentleman asked where I was going. I said 805 miles to Massachusetts. His response was you don’t need turn signals it’s pretty much a straight shot. I was under a strict timeline and just took the trailer knowing the blinkers where wrong and it drove me crazy all the way back home because I couldn’t use blinkers to turn or change lanes.

Donna SThis rental was a disaster. The location was great. Your customer service was USELESS. I realized that they changed my location and truck size when I changed from a four-hour rental to a 24-hour rental. I called in advance and my reservation was changed back to a 10" truck. they also confirmed my preferred pick-up location. i went to get my truck at 4PM on 4/24/25 as scheduled. I was told that after my confirmation some guy from another zone CHANGED my reservation back to a 15' truck. No call, no conversation. I was told take it or leave it, no 10-foot trucks available. I couldn't change my moving plans so i was forced to take a truck I didn't want because someone decided to do what they wanted regardless of the customers reservation. Very dissatisfied with the rental process. Very dissatisfied with the lack of communication. What good is a RESERVATION if you won't honor them?

Patricia MThe truck was parked on the side of the road making it slant to one side. This did make it difficult to get into the drivers side of the truck. Not everyone is tall and can easily climb in. Also, since the truck was on the side of the road, this was a bit dangerous due to traffic.

DOUGLAS MOn our way back to drop off the trailer, the hydraulic brake froze up and 2 tires caught on fire & blew up. NOT a good experience! Then today in our email we are being charged an extra $190.00 for not returning properly. 😡
BOBBY HThese guys are EXCELLENT!!! They stayed an extra 45 min for me AFTER closing because I went to the wrong location. I needed the trailer for the next s day which was Sunday and would’ve been up the creek without them doing this.

RICHARD CWhen i arrived, not at the location where i made the reservation, the person at the desk was on an obvious personal phone call. He actually got up and walked away to continue his call. It wasn't until another employee came into the office and helped me. My expectation, after spending my time uploading all the info requested, was to show my order number and pickup the equipment, not go through all the questions again.

STUART WThe wind shield was so dirty I had to stop and clean it off after loading. The u haul person said he could not chain the dolly and asked for 20 dollars to do it.i am 81 and could not do it, so I paid him. I have moved 3 or 4 times with u haul and never had to pay to have attached. He just ripped me off. I paid 1000 dollars to your company all to be bambuselled. What a ripoff.. the loaders did a crappy job . When I arrived there was a broken lamp and scratches on some of my items. I am 81 years and feel like everyone took advantage of me. I will never use uhaul again!!!
GREGORY JI've now rented three trailers for my Tesla and one box truck from this location. The people are absolutely great to work with. All of them seem to appreciate the company they work for and customer-service focused.

EDWARD SLeft the trailer at the facility on Sunday when they were closed. Instructions easy to follow and confirmed with me at 8:03 the next morning. Whole process was extremely easy.
KEITH HI didn’t enter this location, because when I returned the trailer, a member of the U-Haul team met me at the gate, and did a great job leading me through the facility where he disconnected the trailer and checked me out. I didn’t get his name but he is a great employee! Thanks
