The attendant didn't really know what he was doing. Was unable to find our drop-off location. Also I asked for 100 miles and he informed me that whatever is not used will be put back on the card used. We went 47.3 miles and was charged the full amount of the 100 miles, and charged again for bringing it to the "wrong drop off location". Completely ridiculous. Locations for should well trained. He initially told us that he really couldn't do it because it wasn't a reservation. Then he said he would try to figure it out. We will be needing another uhaul truck here soon, but will not be going back to this location.

Their WiFi was not working so I had a problem returning the trailer. I called Uhaul directly to see if they could help me but the woman I spoke with was rude and refused to help. Picking up the trailer was easy but returning it was not. I’m very disappointed with the way I was treated by Uhaul

Where we got the truck was very helpful, however U-Haul overcharged us 30$ on safe move and we were never told when we got it for another day that it had to returned by 10 am therefore we were charged extra for that as well.

The attendant at Strebers market was excellent, there was a little confusion but he kept digging until he figured it out and we dropped off the trailer without issue. Once more, the attendant that helped us was excellent at customer service.

The owner had a very difficult time getting the key for the truck from the drop box. We waited 45 minutes for the key while he fumbled with the lock. When we finally got the key, the truck wouldn't start and needed a jump start to get it going. Also, it would have been nice to have someone with some knowledge show me where the controls were and things like how to turn the heat on. The truck was clean and other than havng to jump start the battery, it was in excellent condition.
