Door into market was locked for about 15 minutes; had to wait until clerk opened it. Clerk did not know much about trailer return, but knew just enough to give me a clue of how to use the app to return the trailer. Otherwise OK. Lots of space in paved area for the trailer. Would use this location again because it's convenient for me.

steve fEquipment could use new straps, but was in good working order
jeremy kI turned the unit in a day early and was not reimbursed for the day not used. You charge $1.19 a mile in addition to the rental fee. I thought the $1.19 was for gas usage but found out later I had to refill the tank and pay 1.19. Seems like double charging to me. You charged my credit card two time. One for 230 and another time for 210 dollars. You need to credit my card and pick only one charge. Not happy with poor explanation and how charges were made.
jeff cThe location was great even though I wanted a Wilmington location that had a 26' truck. Uhaul app need improvements, it's frustrating and not user friendly. I needed to add a driver and pay ahead and neither are easy with the app or Uhaul operations. Surely im not the only business, church, person that needs to have someone other than me pick up equipment on my behalf. Thanks for your attention to this matter.
