Efficient and friendly to deal with when reserving a trailer as well as when returning the trailer. Their technician was very personable and did an excellent job of backing the trailer into the space were they wanted the trailer to be on their lot. He was also knowledgeable and efficient in hooking up and unhooking the trailer. Highly recommend utilizing Strobel Auto Repair in Hastings, NE for any U-Haul rental needs.

William WTruck was not swept out. Mats inside were filthy. Also not happy I had to pay $35 to have trailer hooked up and car loaded. I am 71, and had no clue as to how to do any of that.

KRISTIN SThe number provided by Uhaul didn’t with. No one was there even though it was to be open until noon and we got there at 11. It stated on the receipt provided by Uhaul to sell when we got to Hastings. Hard to do with inaccurate number. Found a different number online, left a message on Saturday at 11:20 that we had left the Uhaul. My daughter had to lift it on her own due to no one there. I would never recommend this location.
ANN RThis team pulled strings out of nowhere to make sure I got the deal that they made for me to get to my destination. The wheels on the box trailer were damn near brand new. They hooked it up properly. I had zero problems, hauling it to my destination, I would highly highly highly recommend anybody to go to this place. They’re good people and they work with you and they give you a really reasonable price. Five out of five stars from me.
aaron PI had a long day moving things out of my mom's old apartment and didn't return the trailer until close to 10pm. I was pleasantly surprised that someone from this location showed up to help unhitch the trailer. It was very much appreciated!
