I called ahead of time to ask process for dropping off trailer. Lady there seemed to not be interested in really helping me. Mentioned they were a 24hr drop of location. I had to ask her probing questions. The second time I called her I asked if I can drop off after 5pm. Lady said yes, she would check it in the following day when she got in. I waited all day july 3rd. No call no email it was checked in. At 4:50 I called the office. No answer. I then called uhaul 800 number. Was advised by an amazing rep I could do it myself by smartphone. I then went back to location and did the step by step walk though. I wish the lady at this location would have told me that instead of telling me she was going to check it in. Seemed like she didn't care about any late fees or me as the customer. I will not recommend this location in NE to anyone.

Efficient and friendly to deal with when reserving a trailer as well as when returning the trailer. Their technician was very personable and did an excellent job of backing the trailer into the space were they wanted the trailer to be on their lot. He was also knowledgeable and efficient in hooking up and unhooking the trailer. Highly recommend utilizing Strobel Auto Repair in Hastings, NE for any U-Haul rental needs.
