I was sent 2 different locations for pick up. Once I got the truck there was no gas in it. I thought I was going to run out before I got to the gas station. We let the attendant know there was no gas but they told we had to get our own gas. Ridiculous

New self service was new to me and tge location. They were very helpful. The locks were a little hard to use because of the letter system.
