There are no visible signs saying that this location is Suds spa. Until you get out of your vehicle and walk up to the ppl sitting on lawn chairs under a carport and the you see a small sign under the carport saying Suds Spa and prices. I told the young man that I was to drop a uhaul off to him. He looked confused and said "ok" and went inside came back out told me where we could park it. We parked it and he took the key. That was it nothing else. Seemed really weird. The app didnt work there either. Idk if my phone just couldn't get a good signal or what. So I called uhaul and gave the customer service rep all the info. She said id get an email receipt. I got the email receipt the next day, even tho I had dropped it off 6 hrs before it needed to be back the receipt said I dropped it off at 630pm but I did not. So that was a bit odd too. My call in time with customer service was even before 2pm. But the reason for renting a truck was to move from 1 state to another and the truck ran great and we got everything done on time so it was an overall great experience minus the drop off stuff.

Guy was not very helpful hooking it up to my truck. I had to jump in and out of the truck to finish lining up the hitch. I have rented car hauler from U-Haul for many years and multiple times.

Did not inform me of car hauler emergency brake cable or have it hooked up.

The only tow dolly that I could find was in a previous accident? The inside of the tires were almost bald.The brake box that was on top of the dolly tongue was bent. By the time I arrived at my destination, metal was showing through the tires. The front bracket to the fender well had viborated and broke. After the accident, someone made an attempt to rewire the wiring and got it completely wrong.

Location was convenient for pickup, but no building or counter, all outside. Fortunately, weather was good. U-Haul rep was there and ready for the pickup, which was good. Unfortunately, the rear door leaked during the drive from Hurricane, WV to Morgantown, WV (rained the entire drive). The water getting inside resulted in a mattress getting wet along with a few other less significant items.

This location is just a pick-up spot on a strip of grass and blocked in by a car wash. The trailer I rented was put in at an angle with others close by. There was no room to just pull out once the trailer was hooked up and I had to make a lot of forward and backs to get the trailer out and then had to back it out. Not a good place to pick up from although the person giving me the trailer was friendly and helped me hook it up.
