I was not able to get the van key by checking on my phone. The app had me checked in before i got the key code and i could not get back to that screen. Fortunately, the site manager came early and helped me.

You have not sent me a receipt even though this E-mail indicates that a receipt is available and provides a link-there is no receipt at the end of the link. Also you website incorrectly lists the nearest dropoff as what is shown on the original contract. There is one closer. I have also, in the past, while making a reservation on-line for transport to Floyd been forced to drop off in Roanoke with not closer drop off listing listing. This is patently dishonest as the closest drop off is Midway Grocery and others. I did not appreciate this extra drive time and gas.
