The day I picked up the vehicle, the lady who was about ready to close up for the day was so kind. I called ahead to say I would be arriving about 2 minutes after what should have been closing time. She promised to wait. When I arrived, she had another customer with her, but it had been such a relief knowing that she wouldn't lock the door before I arrived. The young man who checked the vehicle in did me a significant favor. Before I left he discovered that I had left my own dolly in the truck. He caught my attention to return it before I drove away. That was gracious.

The 30 furniture pads provided were filthy with mulch, twigs, and other debris. One furniture pad had numerous large holes, and was unusable to wrap furniture. The padlock key provided for the padlock for the truck latch did not work. The truck was fine. Management was good to work with other than providing dirty furniture pads and a padlock with no key.

Tell the customer that you add charges to the rental rate was supposed to be 18.95 + tax and come out to b 29.50 with other hidden charges that were added with out permission only wanted the trailer no additional insurance nothing I have insurance that covered it but because I was not the one to pick it up and could not dispute charge I paid it but will not in future.
