Confirmed a car transport trailer a week in advance ,when arrived at uhaul location,showed my conformation paperwork,they had no trailer for me,sent to other locations,that were said to have the trailer ,no trailer,ended up calling other uhaul dealers on my own,no help to remedy situation,drove another 200 plus miles to get trailer that I was supposed to have reserved, lost 4hrs drive time back to my home, not any way happy with whole situation,I think there should have been some compensation for your lack of customer service.Would't recommend uhaul rentals to anyone!
