Location was and pickup/drop process was fine, but was missing a dolly that we paid for and still showed on the invoice after noting it was missing during the pickup process. This was a mobile pickup, so no one was in the office to resolve the issue at the time.

FRANK KWhen I was returning the vehicle, I tried to leave a comment about the windshield wipers needing to be replaced and the 12V charging ports not working,g. Still, it wouldn't let me submit the comments—just wanted you all to know for future renters who may need to use the charging feature and those who need windshield wipers that clear the windshield.

SHARITA FThis is the second time I requested a dolly and a furniture dolly and it was not in the truck when I picked it up. I didn't notice this until I went to use the dollys that they were not there.
ESMERALDA PEverything from start to finish was above exceptional. Especially the wonderful manager at Summerwood Self Storage, who was beyond friendly, professional, and also had an amazing singing voice! I look forward to booking another U-Haul with them in the future.

As we sat there to wait our turn to rent a truck, she was so compassionate and explained very well about the mileage & fuel to the young lady in front of us (her 1st time to for a rental). We have used this location multiple times and never had an issue..

JAMES LI had a problem with the self checkout with truck. I could not keep a good signal on my android and my apple phone. This was very inconveniencing and took up a lot of my time from moving. I called customer svs and after we got off phone it stopped working. Site needs to be more user friendly.

The fine folks at the Summerwood Self Storage were able to get me the owner's personal appliance dolly, which made the move so much easier. I'm grateful they were able to help me.

ROSSALAND WCan you please make sure that when customers request a reservation , that you actually keep up with what’s going on. I reserved a truck months ago for this location. There was nothing in the computer for me, I showed my confirmation to the nice lady that was in the office. It was really frustrating , again the lady( sorry I can’t remember her name), she was absolutely wonderful and professional. Thank you soo much. She did what she did to make it work for me. Thank you so much😊

FRANCISCO MI was talked into choosing this location when I could have went somewhere else because she said it was cheaper so no I won't recommend her to no one else. I feel like I was charged too much. The estimate was more than what I was charged.. The extra miles was put on there because I had to return it to their location when I wanted to do it one way..

Brian BFrom the time she opened the front door, I felt important. I apologize for not recalling her name but she was very calm and made my experience very comfortable. The process was seamless from beginning to end. I was highly stressed with moving altogether and super nervous snot driving a huge truck but she assured me that I would be fine and I was. If you’re looking for an amazing U-Haul location that is going to ensure your experience is to notch, like no further than Summerwood U-Haul. Debra CI reserved a vehicle and was under the impression when I got there I’d be able to do mobile check in but the location didn’t leave the key in the lock box so I had to call customer service and go through an extra long process to get access to a vehicle (which was not the one I reserved), and this put me behind schedule by an hour. In the future, the location should ensure reserved vehicles are available for pick up at the reserved time.
