The rear left blinker and brake lights didn’t work. The truck was dirty. The customer service and location were fabulous. Sad we were well on our way when we discovered the rear lights didn’t work. It was dangerous and we worried we’d get a ticket.

SHERYL SThere was a discrepancy in the mileage at pickup which caused problems using the app upon our return. We required assisted by a telephone agent to resolve, which was not as quick as the app would have been.
