If you a new user it can be confusing.The store needs a sign to tell customers to refer to the phone app for further instructions when they're closed. Otherwise all went well.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe rear left blinker and brake lights didn’t work. The truck was dirty. The customer service and location were fabulous. Sad we were well on our way when we discovered the rear lights didn’t work. It was dangerous and we worried we’d get a ticket.
