The UHaul store people were extremely helpful and answered my questions. Clean and well maintained trailer.
Elizabeth BI made a reservation for a local pickup, but the day before my scheduled pickup, I received a call informing me that nothing was available at the location I reserved. I was told I would have to drive 30 miles to pick up the only truck available. This was extremely inconvenient and resulted in an additional charge of nearly $50 in mileage just to get the truck back home. I made my reservation in advance and expected the vehicle to be available at the agreed-upon location. This experience was extremely disappointing. I will not be renting from U-Haul again, and I would strongly encourage others to consider their options before making a reservation

michelle PPutting fake “holds” on cards and kept saying it’s “company policy” which isn’t a thing. Nor is the “hold” he just added 40 extra miles to make the rate go up and wouldn’t explain why. Not the first time they done some shady business

Vincent ANo one seemed to know what to do with this trailer that was not destined for this address, but needed to be checked in because it was unsafe. The African American woman (appeared to be the supervisor) was most unhelpful. Refused to come out of the lunchroom to talk with me or with traffic and roadside assistance on the phone because she "needed a break and needed to eat her lunch"

Gary KU-Haul was said to have 1/4 tank and we received it at 1/8 tank. Also was told 47 miles were given, but I was charged $5 for going extra 5 miles.. I only drove 37 miles
LISA SEquipment was brand new! I came in for a last minute rental on a Saturday evening and they were more than helpful! I was in and out of the door with my equipment in minutes.
john dThe check in process is was easy but a little confusing at first. Truck was clean and worked well. I didn’t receive the 2 dollies I prepaid for and there were no staff onsite to assist.

YAHAIRA LTruck was stuck with snow around tires and snow up to front bumper. Very difficult to get truck out, took about 10 minutes. Had to dig out with our shoes and a cardboard box left in truck. Alignment seems off, wheel and truck shaking vigorously when brakes used. Tire gauge message on dash, unable to see miles. Unsure if trucks are well maintained

Gary KCalled and left detail message to this location. Never received a call back to answer my questions. Return the truck 2 days in advance and they still charged me the entire time with no credits. Hours of operations are posted online, everytime we went in person they were close however online stated they were open. Will never in my life will I use this location.
Moises SIt says they're open till 7pm but it looks like an abandoned store dark and closed, eventually I saw a sign they have hanging on the door inside that says to call that number and wait till they go and help you. When I picked up the truck it had less gas than what they asked me to add before returning it, I took a picture of the gas line as evidence before I left the place and returned it with the same amount but they still charged me an extra $15

Fred IThe vehicle was clean but it had a check engine light which I mention when I picked it up. The engine had a rough idle but drove ok, maybe used more gas but hard to tell (9.5MPG) I got to my destination and the check engine light was flashing which was a little worrisome. But we made it back. Pickup and drop off was easy and effortless.
Marko MThe staff were not helpful at all, they had equipment everywhere making it impossible to back in the trailer where i was Asked to put it. I had To unhitch the trailer and push it into place by hand by myself in the pouring rain, while the employee stood by and watched. The doors to the business were locked when there at 9:30 am and no lights on (even though the store hours are 8:30 am). Pretty poorly run establishment

Stephen NI booked the truck for 10 AM. Store owner calls and asks if i can pick it up at 3 PM the day before. I say yes, but show up and the store is locked. I have to call them to open up, and wait outside for 10 minutes. Then when i get in, they ask me if I can pay in cash instead of card. I gave them $30 cash and was told there would not be any further charges. Then two days later i get a charge of over $100 on my card. Essentially, this store stole $30 from me for no reason.
