This place is super shady. When I picked up the uhaul it was on empty even though the paperwork marked it 1/4 full. Apparently, they give you a $50 dollar credit if you return it 1/4 full but if you don't then you don't get the credit and they charge you $15. None of this was ever explained and I never got a paper copy of the contract. Nothing was signed by me. When I went to the store to try and resolve it, they said "call uhaul" and refused to refund the portion of my money. Additionally, the person working inside added a fraudulent $15 dollar safe move fee. Really disappointed that people don't operate with more integrity.

This location was awful. The truck itself was in terrible condition. The lock on the driver’s side looks like it had been ripped out when someone tried to break in, so I wasn’t able to unlock it. The person at the counter had to climb in the passenger side to unlock the vehicle from the inside. When I tried to turn on the vehicle, it took 4 tries each time turning over and over before it would start. When it did finally turn on, it was on empty. When I asked the person helping me how I was supposed to use it, his response was “it says you have 13 miles, so go fill it up.” I had to then go get gas to even use the truck. When I was backing out, one of the employees came and parked right behind the truck so close I couldn’t get out. They stood there and watched me struggling try to back out of Ben after I asked them to move there car is some. Because I had to stop to get gas, I had less time to use the truck than expected during the period I had booked movers to help me. Finally, when I returned the vehicle, before my scheduled time st 9 pm, they didn’t actually check it in until the next day.

The wrong location was given to me with my initial reservation. That said, the person who helped me at pickup was friendly and helpful, so you get two stars instead of one.

James RWhen I arrived, the cargo van I was guaranteed was available was not available. Store staff were riding around in it. The clerk told me to cancel the reservation and make an new one for a 10' truck. Once canceled and the new reservation was made, the clerk DEMANDED I input my credit card information into his phone, otherwise he would not continue with the reservation. The new reservation had already charged my card, I was reluctant to give him my card information. In the end I have in bc I needed a truck to pickup materials from home Depot near by. The Store managed to skip over the truck inspection portion of the rental where I log the mileage and gas level before departing the lot. I drove 6 miles or less from the pickup location, to home Depot, to my house a few blocks from the truck pickup location, and back to the pickup point. The representative at the store swore that the truck was on half a taank when I departed. The tank was only at 1/4 when I got it I didn't drive far enough for the feel level to really change. This location charged me a fuel fee when they didn't allow me to track the fuel level and mileage before I left.
