The truck had not been wiped down on the inside from the previous renter. The mileage was way off on the truck, the fuel was way off. The ramp was torn up and caused us 2 and a half hours of time lost trying to get it corrected before we just disconnected the ramp from the truck. We missed out on two of our jobs fooling around with that raggedy ramp. The air works when it want to. It gets hot then cold, so we were burning up most of the time. Please deodorize the truck due to smokers. Had to deodorize myself.CORNELL P.
The truck we were given failed to start multiple times over the course of 100 miles and 36 hours. The cup holders and drivers side door were filled with ashes and the cab reeked of cigarettes. We were charged for 24 blankets when we were only given 12, then when we returned those 12 received a phone call saying they only had 6 and we were being charged for the cost of replacing 18. We had to argue on the phone for hours over the course of the past week for the charge to be dropped (after them giving us a 50% discount on the charge-how sweet). THEN, somehow were charged a third time today. I have now been charged more than $300 on what should have been about a $170 rental, with no responses to my inquiries about the receipts I was emailed this morning. We were double charged for the rental, mileage, and the blankets and dolly we rented. Not only did we encounter all of these frustrating inconveniences and charges, but the truck we rented was just unreliable and dirty. It has been an all around terrible experience. I suggest using another company. Even if their initial rates seem cheaper, uhaul will double charge you and give subpar equipment and service.Zachary M.

The 1st of the transaction was pleasant, when u went back to return the truck the lady the works there overcharged me. When she ask me if I wanted to add insurance coverage for $14 , I clearly stated No , when I went to pay she charged me for the $14 for the coverage when I clearly stated to her that I didn't want that. She refused to refund me my $14 and told me that she didn't hear me when I refuse the coverage which I know was a lie. She told I had to call the 1 800 number to get a refund, I left the store because I didn't feel like arguing with her. I felt robbed because I clearly said no on the insurance but she claims it was a miscommunication witch is bull because it was just me and her in her shop and there was no loud noise. I will be giving her company a bad review on google and Yelp also ,ThanksCARLOS M.

The ramp stop component was broken with a piece tucked into the corner. This was not noticed by the rep or me at the time. The components were rusted indicating old damage. Now I'm being charged for damage I did not commit. Im appealing this decision.BRANDON T.

The manager/owner very nice. The rep Robin Smith seems nice, but there scanner was not working and she used her cell phone to take a photo of my driver's license front and back, this is not protocol and when I asked what and why is she doing this, the explanation she gave me was not appropriate. I told her I work for the government and I know that is not legal, and she wanted to find out in what capacity do I work for the government. That is not important, what is important is identity fraud and everyone is concerned about that. Or should be, my driver's license information is noe on her iCloud. Because even if she deleted it and then deleted the deleted photos, I think iCloud still have my information. Just to think all I wanted was to conduct a business transaction. The location is quite messy and basically looks like a storage unit full of random junk. The equipment is neglected and broken. The guy working the yard just rolls trailers down the hill into a big pile, so it's no surprise they they're all beat up and damaged. They over charged me by over 500% because they didn't even realize that they had checked me back in upon return. The guy working there also tries to sell customers homemade dog treats while picking up trailers.BRYAN S.
