Very dirty location. Only one person working and the wait was very long. Truck did not have smooth drive. Kept pulling to one side and had lots of vibration.

PHILLIP PTeh tire was "bloated" and needed to be replaced. They called the tire service and they righted the situation. The folks at this location were couteous and respectful. I don't think the people working at this location woul have known about the tire being in a dangerous state.
Robert DManager and employees at rental location were excellent in every way. Trailer was clean and all equipment was serviceable. Overall great rental experience.
