Teh tire was "bloated" and needed to be replaced. They called the tire service and they righted the situation. The folks at this location were couteous and respectful. I don't think the people working at this location woul have known about the tire being in a dangerous state.

Manager and employees at rental location were excellent in every way. Trailer was clean and all equipment was serviceable. Overall great rental experience.
L RSunbrite was great. But the over all experience was a 💩show. My original reservation was cancelled because I was a couple of hours late. Worked with the person at that store and got me a truck for the next day. Needed it the original day. Checked later and found that location was closed on Sunday. Any location changed multiple times until I got to Sunbrite. They were very helpful. Will start with them if I need a truck again. Or I’ll use Penske
