Overall amazing service from this location, especially the kind representative who check me out. I would recommend having Dollie’s available. There weren’t any available to rent and I had to buy one. For almost $700, such a vital tool should be automatically added to the service fee. Moving in it self is expensive and stressful enough, maybe make it so where customers do not have to worry about spending more. Charge customers a significant fee when the tool is not available on the truck during returns. Make the picture of the tool a vital component in the 7 step self return process and must be marked present by a service representative if dropped off in-person. Or rent for a lower fee. Just a thought! Thank you! 🤗

Yjuania WThe representative stated that the gas was on 1/2 tank. When I checked the gauge, it was between 1/4 and 1/2. When I returned the truck, I put the gas back the same as we got it. I was charged $22.00. Had to call customer service for a refund
VILLIE GVery effecient professional experience. Will refer others.
Jackie BWhen walking thru the door I was greeted by the smell of cats and stuffy air. The lot itself has a huge hole in the ground high I did not notice as it was by the gate and when I went to drive to move it I fell into the biggest hole in the lot. The customer parking is extremely limited.
