Mary NI had a problem with the back lift door. I jammed 3/4 the way down. I was on my way to return the truck, but after going over a couple speed bumps, it got jarred loose.

DORAIN HWe picked up a 4x8 trailer to move personal items. When we opened it up there was greese and oil everywhere. I spent time cleaning it before I would out anything in there. This was rather disappointing. Other than that, it was fine

KATHERINE RArrived a few minutes after 9am for a 9am pickup. Got the paperwork in order and license scanned in and was told my truck and trailer would be ready soon. I was also informed that the truck was on empty and I would get a $49 credit because of it. Four other renters came into the location behind me and all left with their rentals before my truck was even moved out and turned around to hook up to the trailer. Finally got the trailer attached and pulled up to load the dolly and blankets. When the back of the truck was opened, it was full of trash and blankets from the previous renter and had to be cleaned out before my things were loaded. I clicked on the links sent to my phone to validate the truck and trailer tag and they had both expired. I was finally able to leave with the rental at about 10:05.

ARNISHA SThe female employee was rude to a customer that was picking up a $3,000+ rental. He struggled with English and she had no patience for that. Practically yelled at him. “‘FIRST NAME’, I said FIRST NAME!” It was uncomfortable for all. The place is a rundown, hoarder dump that smells like cat urine with cats walking around inside. The parking lot has no organization and you have to navigate the crater potholes to go find your rental. Drastic difference between the Greensboro location and this one.

Dwight WThere were damages to the truck that this location did not document or mark with the "x" stickers, and even though I documented it in the app upon pick up, the drop off location still tried to charge me because there was no sticker on it.

Lisa GI returned two trucks first truck was down by a 1/4 tank of gas and the window had been left open so that the driver’s side seat was soaked but my pants dried it of nicely I fulled up the tank because I had known idea how much gasoline I would need for the drive or when I return the truck so the truck was full when I returned it not the same amount as when I picked it up Second truck I recently rented had only a quarter amount of gasoline in it and again I had no idea how much I would need to go from point a to point B, which includes the amount I would need when I returned the truck so again I put in $50 Worth of gasoline and returned it with more much more than I needed to Also would be nice to have a paper copy of the contract

KENNETH RIt wasn't the location or people it was the truck and dolly. I have moved multiple times within 2 yrs and this truck was the worst. The engine light came on and it screamed like I was killing a million cats at once. When I pulled over to call the Uhaul store back & service person the truck wouldn't even start then ~ So I lost time waiting and ended up getting in when it was dark after a rough ride. My hands were bruised just from handling the truck and kept a bad headache from the smells that seemed to filter in from the cabin of the truck + the noise - being hypersensitive to harsh smells I also was getting a nosebleed.. I differently will double check to make sure I get a new truch if I move again. “ I normally don't write reviews, but this trip was rough and very stressful. I did call to complain and would like a refund

Douglas HThe lights were not working on trailer, and the operator was blaming my truck for the issue, ended up leaving without lights working at all... didn't know that was the case. The trailer leaked when rained and got into trailer and soaked equipment. Scheduled return for 4 pm, the place closed at 2, had to figure out how to un hitch trailer by myself in middle of raining.
AADARSH PTHE GUY THAT "CHECKED IN" THE TRUCK DIDN'T SAY ANYTHOPEFUHING OTHER THAN "GIVE ME THE KEYS". I WENT INTO HIS STOREFRONT TO HOPEFULLY FIND SOMEONE THAT WOULD MAKE SOME DOCUMENTATION OR CONFIRMATION THAT I HAD DELIVERED THE TRUCK AND MY RESERVATION WAS OVER. NO OTHER EMPLOYEES WERE THERE. THE STORE WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND CLUTTERED WITH STUFF. I WASN'T EVEN SURE THIS WAS A UHAUL FACILITY UNTIL I FOUND AN OLD SIGN ON THE FLOOR. I WAITED, THE WALKED BACK OUTSIDE TO FIND THE GUY THAT TOOK THE KEYS. HE WOULDN'T ALLOW ME TO TAKE PHOTOS OF THE TRUCK.

DENNIS Hthoroughly do inspections on returns before providing for next customer. The back of the van was covered in broken glass. once a member of the team came out to clear out the glass. They noticed that the flooring of the truck had been broken, he started the truck and pulled it up. He noticed that the door sensors were also broken, which left an alert “Right door open” stay on for the duration of the time I had which was only for one day as i needed the truck to pick up boxes. Also had tire light on.
JAAYNA SPick up was a little off but we also just had snow which throws things off in Ga I would for sure go here again

Frandy RI was sent to 250 langley dr in lawrenceville ga to pick my reservation.I arrived after a $50 cab ride to find no truck anywhere at 250 langley. Sic services the uhaul service agaent had closed and relocated so the office was vacant. After searching the lot for my reservation. I called sic services 4 times only to be hung up twice and then just ringing for 15 rings twice before I called uhaul customer service only to be told that the truck I reserved was over 2hrs late and had yet to be returned. My original $50 cab ride turned into $80 as I had to have him wait( I needed the truck for a job and my time table was tight) by the time I had gotten to the second location and picked up the truck and headed to my job I was to late on arriving and lost out on a considerable amount of money as my late arrival did not allow me to time to complete the project. A simple phone call redirecting me to the new location(which was not far at all) would have saved me as well as earned me a considerable amount of money for the day.

SUYEN RI was not told about the IPhone check in after hours drop off, therefor that was not done. I was charged for xtra gas pumped into truck when I know I filled to the proper half tank that I was in the truck when I picked it up, $13.00. I have photos to prove it!!
