The employee working in the yard was extremely unhelpful. Instead of directing me to the drop location, he continued to move another trailer to the inner yard. I followed him to the inner yard and rather than talk, he just pointed to "somewhere" back out. I moved back to the outer yard and he yells "no, not there...here". A very bad experience brought on by a very poor employee. The worst return experience I have had. I will avoid this location in the future.Paul S.

this location was extremely helpful. Do whatever you can to keep customers away from Southern Utah Autotech location - long wait, poor customer service and just a bad attitude all around. Everything that Sunbrook was - Southern Utah Autotech was the opposite.MARK H.

I had a great experience moving across the country with U-Haul Boxes! They were easy to pack, and being able to keep them in storage while we looked for a house felt like a luxury. We did a lot of comparison shopping before we settled on U-haul, and they definitely offered the best value. I would highly recommend using Boxes to move long distance!max S.

Our moving pads that we requested and paid for with our online order were not given to us. Since it was an online pickup I didn't know who to call but want a refund on this item. The whole experience was a disaster, could not get a reservation made at the u-haul office by an employee. Soft-ware not cooperating. When "u-haul" finally made the res. is was for the wrong pick-up date. When the boxes got here one container did not have it's lock on it and a box is missing. ??? The movers did not pack to protect my furniture and there is a lot of damage done.Trina J.

Easy to make the reservation online. I called the local store to make sure they had what I need, they told me they did and that I could come get it any time. Came by 2 hours earlier than what I had reserved and they took great care of me. Their staff was efficient, friendly and extremely helpful. I was on my way less than 20 minutes later. Checking the trailer back in was even quicker.OTTO S.
I found this place to be very understaffed. Phone calls went to voicemail that were then not responded to. If I went to the front desk to speak with someone, almost always there was no star at the front desk for up to 30 minutes at a time, OR, there was a long line and a very long amount of time to wait for a turn as again, it is very understaffed there. And I could never pay my bill online, it wouldn't work, and so, every month, I had to go in person, wait in line, to pay my bill. Not at all convenient. The staff there was always friendly and helpful, just scarce which made getting taken care of in a prompt manner frustrating. Also, the cart on the premises was taped with dirty, falling apart duct tape while a sign on the door read, 'We clean everything daily'... um... how do you 'clean' that? Better hand carts in working order are needed there as well. Again, this is not reflecting current staff, simply the owners only. The staff do not have a say in poor business practices. I found all staff to always be kind and courteous and helpful despite the poor conditions under which this particular business is managed.Jacqueline C. | Overall Experience

Rent equipment that is clean I washed the outside of trailer so I could get close to it without getting my belongings dirty. Inside of trailer was fine. Person who hooked my car to trailer was fine check in was ok. U asked & that's my opion. Drop off was GreatMICHAEL M.

The people at the location were outstanding. They tried tohelp me with the 24/7 u-haul app. It wasnt working. I was on hold for 45 minutes with U-haul, and they couldn't get through to U-haul either. They finally told me to just take the truck. Again, the people at the location were great, but the u-haul corporate service were horrible. I'll never rent from u-haul again!!Jay A.

Online check in doesn't work great. When I schedule a pickup time even if I'm late I should still be able to pick it up without changing my time. I changed the time and I was charged a $1 environmental impact fee. But it was the only way I could check out and take my truck with me.SCOTT W.
