i do not recommend this location if you need a truck monday morning. they are not open sundays so when the u-haul representative confirms your truck 24 hours before they are not actually confirming anything. i was confirmed for self-pickup at 8 am but the truck was not available and they don’t open until 9am. they changed my pickup time to 9am on the same day but did not send an update confirmation text so i was unaware. messed up all my plans since movers came at 9am.

JEFFREY TWhile the truck and trailer were clean inside, the truck was very dirty on the outside. It didn’t affect my move at all, but I would not be able to say the unit was clean The trailer was rusty and slightly damaged inside. One of the tie downs has broken. The outside was very torn up.

MATTHEW MI was set to pick up my uhaul and they changed the location on me last minute. We went to the new location to pick it up and they didn’t have the uhaul available. They instead had me take a larger truck which is not what I wanted. They also didn’t have my Dollie’s available so I had to pick them up the next day. They told me they wouldn’t charge me for the bigger truck but they did anyway. Overall unfortunate experience
