I was charged for a dolly and blankets even though they didn't have any, so why they charged me for items they knew they didn't have is a big question. The truck was returned a couple hours after picking it up yet 3 days later I got a call from uhaul asking for their truck back as this location hadn't properly signed the truck back in

I highly recommend the location the owner was very friendly and helpful. However I emailed U-Haul because they never put the dolly into the truck but they charged me and I have not gotten my money back for the missing dolly or heard anything back from U-Haul so I’m unimpressed by the customer service department
Beth KI have called three times as I returned the truck early and I still have not received a call back regarding my refund. The contract I received showed how to fill the truck up in kilometers, however, the vehicle I was given was in miles. Therefore, I put in more gas than what was required based on the contract that was given. I still have not received a call back regarding possible credit. I’m very dissatisfied with this experience.
