How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was charged for a dolly and blankets even though they didn't have any, so why they charged me for items they knew they didn't have is a big question. The truck was returned a couple hours after picking it up yet 3 days later I got a call from uhaul asking for their truck back as this location hadn't properly signed the truck back in
JACKIE WI highly recommend the location the owner was very friendly and helpful. However I emailed U-Haul because they never put the dolly into the truck but they charged me and I have not gotten my money back for the missing dolly or heard anything back from U-Haul so I’m unimpressed by the customer service department
Beth KI have called three times as I returned the truck early and I still have not received a call back regarding my refund. The contract I received showed how to fill the truck up in kilometers, however, the vehicle I was given was in miles. Therefore, I put in more gas than what was required based on the contract that was given. I still have not received a call back regarding possible credit. I’m very dissatisfied with this experience.
