Gave me keys to the wrong truck negatively impacting my travel schedule. Left me several rude condescending voicemails about how I dropped key in lock to avoid paying a measly extra $25. I always drop key in lock and settle bill later. They gonna wait for my money now! 5 angry voicemails in less than a day is excessive and unwarranted. Avoid this location if you can!!! Very unprofessional and lackluster service here.

Gary WMike went over and beyond to help my friends and I with the trailer rental. He was off site and called back to hook the trailer to our truck because none of us knew how. He came back quickly and was so friendly! On what was probably the hottest day of the year, he was down in the dirt giving us a lesson on hooking up to the hitch and making sure that everything was in the best working order. He went over what I needed to do and gave helpful advice on pulling it safely. While we were on the road, the pull up door would not pull back down and Mike calmly told me what I would need to do in order to get back on the road. We will definitely rent from this location again for next years sale!
