We dropped the equipment off after hours so there was not personnel present. It was easy enough and it was clear where we should leave the equipment.

Tara KEasy to pickup through the app. The app does ask for several items, pics, etc. That process may have opportunities for improvement. I do understand the importance of the process and all the steps but some people might not be as tech savy and could get discouraged.
Matthew EGave me keys to the wrong truck negatively impacting my travel schedule. Left me several rude condescending voicemails about how I dropped key in lock to avoid paying a measly extra $25. I always drop key in lock and settle bill later. They gonna wait for my money now! 5 angry voicemails in less than a day is excessive and unwarranted. Avoid this location if you can!!! Very unprofessional and lackluster service here.
