They didn’t check in our truck for 2 days after returning it. Their phone number was disconnected, so I went back and they said they only have a fax at this time. They stated not to worry and they’d get to it today. I called customer service, (who were amazing) to voice our concerns about being “overdue”, even though it clearly was in the lot. They eventually posted it has being turned in. The unnecessary stress made us give them one star.
Mark MI got double charged. The phone number doesn’t work to get a refund. I got ripped off. A law suit will be filed.
