Pathetic, non-existent customer service. My wife and I (also a service-connected disable veteran) had to completely hookup the 6X12 tandem axel trailer ourselves. Wiring, safety chains and lift the tongue onto the ball. Trailer has no tongue jack to assist. The employee was gracious enough to take a picture AFTER we had done all the work. Return was NO better. I had to unhook the wiring, safety cables and, yet again, lift the heavy tongue off the ball, this time by myself. Checking in the return was a clown show. Employee kept asking for the keys. He couldn't be bothered to look at the provided paperwork to see that it was a trailer, not a truck. He then instructed me to download a QR code to check it in myself all while standing outside in the rain at the U haul key return box. I have dealt with U haul here in Fairborn (formerly Roosters Automotive, now A to Z Automotive) numerous times over the years. Customer service there has ALWAYS been exceptional. Unfortunately, this was a Sunday pick-up, so I was forced to use the Sunoco U haul dealership. Avoid the Sunoco U haul at 301 N. Broad Street in Fairborn Ohio at ALL costs. Pathetic clown show. U haul, you should be embarrassed to have this location representing you.
