I was assisted well in both locations. They need to remove this truck or repair it becaise luckily for us it did not rain the night we had it.

Friendly respectful nice
LUIS LThe clerk had difficulty verifying my information and releasing the truck. He had to call a supervisor who manually released the truck to me. Process took 30 minutes and I had to step aside to allow clerk to serve other customers. Took 30 minutes before I could leave with the truck. Had originally requested pickup for a location on Normandy blvd Jacksonville FL.
