The clerk had difficulty verifying my information and releasing the truck. He had to call a supervisor who manually released the truck to me. Process took 30 minutes and I had to step aside to allow clerk to serve other customers. Took 30 minutes before I could leave with the truck. Had originally requested pickup for a location on Normandy blvd Jacksonville FL.
