Customer service was poor. The clerk at the pickup site spoke little English and was not able to answer any questions. The “Boss Man” handled the pickup via telephone. The clerk did not help with hook up and only instruction provided was by “Boss Man “ via text. If I did not know how to hook up we would have been u able to proceed.
