Roaches in the trailer. Retailer could not use his App. Had to call another dealer to register me. This retailer never check me back in. Just wrote my information on a paper bag. Very pathetic experience. This retailer should not be a U-Haul dealer.

Customer service was poor. The clerk at the pickup site spoke little English and was not able to answer any questions. The “Boss Man” handled the pickup via telephone. The clerk did not help with hook up and only instruction provided was by “Boss Man “ via text. If I did not know how to hook up we would have been u able to proceed.
