Had to wait for 30 minutes for someone to help me. There was no hand truck available after I requested and paid for one. There were only 10 furniture pads available after requesting and paying for a dozen. Attendant seemed like he wasn't aware of how to handle the uhaul part is his job.

Melinda RFirst refused to accept my trailer. Only after U Haul called them would they agree. They told me to return it somewhere else. It was the strangest interaction I've had in some time. They shouldn't represent your company. Just horrible.
