People at location were lazy. The fact I had to check myself in and out with NO HELP from anyone on site was quite annoying.
Carter WSuper shine had miscounted the number of uhaul blankets in 3 out of the 4 bags they gave me. However, they quickly corrected their mistake without any issue, which is a big plus and I would recommend them to others. I have to say it’s the cleanest truck I have ever picked up and this is the fifth Uhaul I’ve used in the last year. Initially I made an online reservation for this location and then the next day the computer changed my pick up location. I don’t know why this happened but I assumed they must not have had the equipment so they changed it. The new location was super scary and they didn’t even have what I needed. I had to call U-Haul to get a new location and they sent me to super shine which was my original plan (since they had the equipment I needed I don’t know why my reservation was changed in the first place. I assume it was a corporate mistake) Thankfully, I got what I needed the day I needed it, but it was a waste of my time and gas.

Michael BMy complaint is that the cab of the truck was dirty and reeked of marijuana. There were food crumbs on the seat and something caked on the corners of the tray on the dash, as well as the smell.

thomas WSide vIew mirrors would not adjust to driver, very poor and dangerous trip not being able to adjust mirrors. Would not recommend this vehicle to anyone. Very bumpy all the way from evans ga to NY. Truck was on full but after driving 3 miles it went to 3/4 of a tank, really
Keith HThe checkout went well, however, when I dropped the rental back off, they did not process the paperwork for several hours and attempted to charge me for an afterhours check-in. I had to reach out to support for a refund. I would not use this location again because of this.

MARK WTruck has trash and dirt in the back from previous user so they swept it out before giving it to me. I rented it for two days (2/26/26 and 2/27/26) to move and was charged about $130 upfront. I returned it before it was actually due. The guy at counter simply took the key from me, because they were busy, and told me I would receive the receipt soon. That was before 7:30am on 2/28/26. It is now 3/1/26 and I still have not received the receipt for the mileage I used (which was only 7 miles). Truck worked fine but the customer service could use some work overall.
MELANIE PMake sure to let the customer verbally know when the truck is due back before being charged for an extra day. Outside of that, it was a great experience and very friendly and caring team.

Tao WDo not charge the card twice. I'm glad I had my card locked. Randomly later that day I got a notification for an attempted charge here and I had already turned in the van (well before the time it was supposed to be back.)

Kelly JI have rented from this location 2 times. One time, our rental was transferred to another location without any communication. This time, we arrived only to find out that our truck wasn't available and our only option was a much smaller truck than we really needed. The employee tried to be helpful but it is just frustrating to not have the equipment we really needed when it was booked well in advance.

Gloria RAs far as I recall, my u-haul rentals have been as expected for the most part. Might have been something to note if I were focused on doing that sort of thing. However, I do have a problem with the U-Haul rental system. I get random notices that it is time to return a truck. All trucks are long since returned and receipts of such sent. I removed the U-Haul app from my phone today. Maybe that will help. I do not know. You are insisting that I answer all these questions to submit my input. You can ignore these forced responses.
