When I finally arrived at the location I walked inside The gentleman was very nice and very helpful he pulled out his handheld computer and poured my information out of his computer immediately he was very very helpful it was just aggravating that they did not answer their phone and I thought the place was closed and I was gonna be charged another dayMichael P.

Despite having only 8,100 miles on the truck, it was not in good shape. At 65 miles/hour it shook so badly, I was afraid to drive it over 60 mph (NOT good on interstate). Gas was not at 1/2 tank as contract stated and despite returning at same level, I was charged additional $5.00 to get it to half tank. I was sent to Chickasaw to pick up the truck when a U-Haul center in Mobile had SEVERAL 10' trucks and was 20 miles closer to me.Deborah T.

Really fill it up!!!! Don't charge some one card be4 pruf and when someone one says they got Prof!!! Just put my mother inlaw down. I don't have time to be charge for something I didn't receive!!! Closest drop-off location. Not the closest one that dont have as many . In my instance I was supposed to drop off at a spot 26miles from my home . There is a large uhaul store 5 miles away from my home. Thank you though . Service was great at both locationsDavid H.

Not let crooks rent u hauls to workin people.he charged me 100 dollars for 2hrs 45 miles i paid 99 cents a mile and he made me put more gas in it than when i picked it up. I will never use u haul againCandise T.
Appreciate having a customer's business for one. The other is the equipment drove so terribly it was hard to control but i just dealt with it cause i wasnt driving far but for 620$ i am kinda upset cause that was alot for a truck that drove like a broken tank in a desert on a back road..Daniel H.

The day after I picked up the trailer I was woke up to a phone call from the guy working at that location and he 1st put me on the phome with a previous customer and then gave at least my phone number to that previous customer.....i called uhaul customer service immediately an am now waiting on the field managerMICHAEL W.

Uhaul overall was a joke i got charged when i wasnt supposed to and my reservation got canceled when i went to pick up the truck then they got the mileage wrong. It was a total jokeTrey K.

Have the right size tuck the customer needs so they won't be forced to pay the next up size uhaul and also there was about 2 feet or a little more in the difference of the truck I rented today and it was the same price I had been calling all week about a 29 dollar truck I didn't need the 39 dollar one but I had to get it What happened to choices which makes the customer happyKELDRICK J.

This was not my original facility. My original facility was on 970 1/2 Springhill avenue in Mobile, AL. My truck, even though I got two texts and an email confirming my rental for 10:30 a.m. at that location, was not there. It was still in Lousiana at the time I was supposed to be picking it up. The employee at that location switched my reservation to the Lee Street location in Chicasaw. First off, this is not a u-haul facility, it is a gas station in a very bad area of town. It took atleast half an hour for them to get my reservation to work despite calling a week or so in advance with all my information ready. They then couldn't make my credit card work for the charge, so I had to use someone else's in order to get the truck. None of this would have happened had my reservation at my original location been available at 10:30 a.m. like I was told. Although I was told I would be getting a $50 credit to my account, it has yet to show up despite many calls regarding when this credit would show. I am hesitant to use Uhaul again after this ordeal.erin L.
