Charles JTruck had check engine light on. It idled rough. Radio didn’t work. Inside the cargo area was dirty with wood and paper pieces. The cab had soda spilled and dried in it. Cup holders were gross from the spills. The truck needs to inspected and maintained properly.

The location detection does not work - and the instructions are too much to have to deal with after a day of moving. It would be better to just send a text with the photo of the vehicle parked at the location to a #. Location services on my iPhone did not work- I had to call u-haul…easy enough though.
RAYMOND BYes he was very helpful to setup the trailer it would be great if the would sale UHAUL hitch and accessories for towing so we don’t need to worry about run down Home Depot. But everything was excellent and service. Would rent it at same location
Eli MPut just about 1/2 tank of gas back in - road only 33 miles so $12.00 of gas was put in by me....I was charged extra - over $15.00 to move that needle a mico slot --- - WAS Overcharged and should be reimbursed. Please respond if you can do this .

Tim NFor the pickup process using application, it takes 2 hours waiting with the support to pickup which i loose time and efforts, Application and overall gateway response need to be revised.
Waleed GIt took 1.5 hours just to take the uhaul the App was not responding properly. I had to call customer service and they also were not able to help properly. The Truck was in bad condition. Brakes were not working fine, the Gas was also almost empty when we picked up. The windshield of driver’s seat was broken and was scary while driving as it was falling off again and again

Hayeisha L1. The Van was not clean enough to be used for the next time. It had a weird smell. 2. The U-Haul app was so poorly made and it was a hassle to upload license and other details. Sometimes the screen just freezes and when we open it back again, it starts fresh and everything has to be uploaded all over again.

Gulam HI requested a furniture dolly. It was not in the van upon rental, and since pick up was outside of business hours, I was left stranded and I had to load without dolly. I was disappointed
Oubote SVehicle was below half a tank of gas at pick up. It should be ready for pick up with a full tank of gas.

claude mI was just upset because I was charged for a utility dolly and there was no utility dolly in my uhaul. I was still charged for this - this is not the first time this has happened. Inconvenience.
BRYAN SThe truck had its check engine light on and the steering was grossly out of alignment, the truck pulls hard to the right to the point it’s dangerous to drive. I am not concerned about aesthetics or comfort but safety should not be compromised and this truck was unsafe.

janice pwhen I pick-up the truck the items I had rent were not inside and I had to wait the next day to pick up, so I had to cancelled my first contract to make sure I didn't get charge for and re do a new one and for me that's a waste of time and money

David DThe service provided was excellent. The gentleman who rented my van was extremely polite, courteous, and patient. I can't think of anything that needs improvement and would recommend a rental from Supercars to anyone.
Wendell BI was very bothered by the fact that after doing the reservation online, I was asked via phone app, to upload my drivers license again, more contact info, work info, another form of ID. If not for on site representative I wold not have been to get the van i filled out the paperwork for.was afraid I wasn't going to be able to sue the van for the van. Not happy. Unsire i ill use U-Haul again in the summer to move my son back into college.
ndrew BThe location wasn’t open when we dropped off the truck but the process of doing so remotely was impossible. If you didn’t have technological experience it would have been impossible. The location services on my phone weren’t working and there were no clear directions on where to leave our keys.

Anthony TThere was snow all over the vehicle. It took us almost 2 hours to get the snow off. I also never received my contract through my email. I had to co tact customer service to retrieve it and I had to contact them to get the lock box code. There was a bunch of wasted time. I am supposed to get $50 for my reservation not being ready, and I never received it.
