There was no uhaul representative present at the drop off location. I will not be using uhaul again for future moves or recommending anybody else use uhaul for their moves. I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

Location is very convenient for where I live (Metuchen). The only negative is that the parking lot is quite small so it is difficult to return the rental truck as there is very limited maneuverability.

The gas prices you charges seem to be too high, from what I could estimate it. The least you can do is explain the rate upfront. It's just bad customer experience to be hit with a charge that seems wrong.

The 24/7 lock box verification was very hard to follow because the app/link kept on giving errors and stopped working. It took me almost 2 hours and 3 people using different phones and talking to 2 customer services representatives to be able to open the lock box and get the key to the van
