The man would not come out and assist with anything. And he would not tell me why he was charging me more money and try to say I when 200 miles when I only drove 4 miles 3 trips so this man really trying to get me for what like this I ridiculous. He never told me exactly what to do and wasn’t clear. This was my first time ever renting a haul myself but I’ve seen others do it and never seen it done like he did. Need better customer service

The truck was dirty and he did include the dolly for free but the wheels wouldn't even turn properly so it was unusable. he also charged me for gas when the truck was on empty when I picked it up and I returned it the same way because he even TOLD ME he couldn't refund me if the gas was over and then charged FOR TWO gallons of gas anyway. He was also pushing me to get cash out of his ATM inside his store instead of using my card for payment and he didn't seem very happy when I kept refusing.
