The equipment worked great, but the wheel covers were torn up pretty bad, but not any safety issue. I was just worried of being charged for damage which did not occur when we rented car tow equipment. The other issue is 1-800-GO-U-HAUL is a joke you can't get any support from the Uhaul support team. UHAULs phone support sucks rotally
