Both locations were helpful and nice. The problem was with the first place I reserved the truck from, Midgaurd Storage in Gainesville on Dawsonville Hwy, and with your online check-in process. Your app is not very user-friendly, and the process takes way too long for a unit that has been reserved. We never got the secondary verification call, and there was no one available at this location. Only a virtual assistant informed me that all 3 trucks in the parking lot were "down" so I had to drive another 20 minutes to the next closest location for a truck. My pickup was scheduled for 12:30. I didn't get a vehicle until 2:30. That's 2 hr's of move time I lost. I will not use Uhaul again.
JAMES CThe equipment worked great, but the wheel covers were torn up pretty bad, but not any safety issue. I was just worried of being charged for damage which did not occur when we rented car tow equipment. The other issue is 1-800-GO-U-HAUL is a joke you can't get any support from the Uhaul support team. UHAULs phone support sucks rotally
