When I made my reservation I requested to check-in with a person rather than online. When I arrived the uhaul rep wasn't there. I had to call the 1800 number to get assistance with check-in. When I checked the truck the dolly and furniture pads were not in the vehicle so I asked a mechanic if he could get the items. Luckily I was still on the phone with the rep because he wouldn't give them to me without verifying it with her. Mind you I had my receipt which he never asked for. The handle to climb in the truck was filthy! I used a wipe to clean it and it still felt gross. The truck was convenient but I definitely won't go back to this location. Did I mention that it almost 30 minutes to get the truck because no one there to assist me.

GARY MVery unprofessional, not well prepared, not able or willing to work with the customer. I had a scheduled appointment for 9am, but didn’t get taken care of until about 10am. I’m sure that we weren’t the only ones treated in this manner. I recommend that this facility be given a “surprise visit by corporate representatives, as I am considering notifying the B.B.B. And as a result of this, I cannot in good conscience, ever refer anyone else to use this establishment.
BING DTruck wouldn’t crank, truck had roaches, on the highway it was swerving, the windshield wipers weren’t working too good and it rained all day, the dashboard said it needed tire maintenance. This was a ragady truck, very ragady!!
Jennifer ATruck cabin smelled liked smoke, visor was broken (interfered with ability to see out window well) and button to turn on/off headlights fell out of its spot making it hard to turn off headlights. Utility dolley was not in truck when picking up. Location made me do mobile check in which took me 30 minutes rather doing it in person. Keys were not in pickup box for mobile check in so I had to get help from a person anyways.

Andre HThe lock boxes with key was not the same key code given by uhual. Please obtain the correct codes from individuals whom are at the location. It was very frustrating and time consuming not having the right information.

Yiadom BInform your renters that the 10’ trucks don’t have ramps for loading. I had a very hard time as a female loading the truck without a ramp. It caused me more time than I anticipated. It is very frustrating paying for a truck that you don’t have all the parts. I had to find out when I was beginning to load the truck.

WANDA LWhen i received the U-Haul , the screen on the speedometer said please put air in rr tire and lr tire . The engine light was on and the truck would shake would you get around 50/55 mph. Very unacceptable.

KALEB PI had a really horrible experience with U-hual. Two hours before my pick-up time they changed my pick up location. It was so much farther away than what I needed which then added miles for me to pay for. When I picked up my truck, the back had been left open during the recent rain storms and the back was muddy and wet. I will do everything I can to not use U-Hual again.

The location is not well lit and there was zero organization as far as parking (getting the vehicle out from parked location was trying) 3. Service (to connect to Uhaul for checking in/checking out was intermittent. 4. Not all representatives (call center) we able to adequately assist…I called in three times to get assistance at the time of pickup

I got charged for 3 pieces of equipment that I was never provided and for 2 hours of waiting on roadside assistance to come repair the truck before I could even get it off the lot. Completely unsatisfactory.
Jeremy HI will never ever rent from the location that I got a uhaul from . They charged my card that was not approved or authorized by me . They just very unprofessional when asked about the other charges that’s was not supposed to charged to my account with out my knowledge

Kenyotta CWhen I checked out the van , I didn’t realize I had to set the fuel , so when I returned it .. I then realized it asked me where the gas was . I added gas to the tank so it could be where it was when I got it . Basically , I think all gas should be recorded by photos so customers aren’t confused . I was charged $20 although I put fuel back to where it was .

Ira GThe truck that I reserved online was not available, so it should not have been an option to choose what I went to reserve a vehicle. The truck that I ended up getting for the day had sensor issues, so there were emergency lights on on the dashboard of the truck but the people working there told me to ignore them. That did not make me feel like the truck was safe to drive. The fuel tank lever changes, so even after I filled up the tank it still showed that it was not full so when I returned the truck the person charged me for a tank that was not full even though I did, in fact, fill up the tank. They were not willing to reason with me or understand that the truck was faulty and that the woman who gave me the truck the day before had indeed told me that the sensors were faulty. I would not recommend this location to someone else.
Briana CThe lady who work there tried to overcharge me and say that I didn’t clean out the van when I did and I have pictures to prove it also tried to trade me for some gas that when I took the car it was a quarter tank and when I brought it back was still a quarter tank I only went 12 miles I didn’t like the attitude or the fact that they trying to overcharge me and I’m hoping that my money come back to my card

Eno TI checked it around 9:30 am. Returned my truck just after 7pm on the same day. However I was charged for an additional day just for being two hours late. The facility called at 5:42pm and stated someone was there to rent the truck I was driving which was ultimately a lie because when I returned the truck all of the lots U-Huals were still on the lot. Including the ten foot which I rented. Seems like I got a call just to get consent to charge me for a full day that I didn’t need or use.
