Staff should be able to assist with the pickup process, including lockbox access, and ensure that paid equipment like a dolly is actually available. Customers should also be encouraged to accurately document fuel levels and existing vehicle damage.

Went on vacation for the week. Seems like that mix up could have been dealt with earlier. But it was dealt with well considering the locations
