Your questions should be on a scale system, not a YES or No answer. Your question " was the truck clean and was it well maintained " , should be two separate questions.. I had an average "C" experience. You need to have a physical person at all times at location. After about an hour dealing with lacation confusion with the app and customer service, a person comes out to assist on my pick up.

First off you charged me 397.00 for 1 day of usage. From pueblo to La jara. The truck was dirty and had 1/4 tank of gas. I've used uhaul before, but in the future will go to a different company. This extra mileage charge is crap. Not satisfied at all. And will never use your company again.
DARREN CHours were posted but when we got there the door was locked which was weird. I called and the guy came out, he was nice and helpful, made it an easy dropoff
