I got a truck the other day with a dolly to move. When I took the truck to load everything there was no dolly. I called where I got the truck from and asked for a refund of dolly price and they said yes should show u in my account the next day and i ended up getting charged MORE than when I left the uhaul location. Drop off: They were closed. A man from another company on the property gave me instructions on how to return the equipment. Per his instructions I parked the tow dolly in front of the building. I parked the truck next to the tow dolly. I used the drop box to return the keys.Kimberly H.
Although this location was excellent and provided great service this was not the location where I had reserved the truck. I had picked a location about 5 miles from my house but your system notified me that the truck was located here. I had to drive a lot farther to pickup the truck. It worked out but it was an inconvenience and added fuel expense.STEVEN S.

Your Uhaul.com/share checkin did not work. I spent 30 minutes trying to get it to locate my phone without success at which point I called the number for the business and left a message that I was unable to check it in online and left the keys/contract in the drop box. The next day I was emailed a receipt for an extra days rental even tough I had returned it in 30 hrs. (Fri. 9:00am-Sat. 3:00pm). Your online check in process needs to have an option to skip location checking with a warning that if it is not at the correct location there could be a charge associated.vincent W.

Uhaul didn't reach out until the day of my reservation to confirm it was all set up, so a little earlier notification would be appreciated. Also, the truck attic area leaked in the rain, so we just didn't use that part.Sean D.

the young lady was very nice & stayed late after closing to take care of our needs. she knew we got lost getting there & was very willing to stay late to help us out. I had a bother broke down on highway in Oklahoma & needed to him & his truck back to Kansas. she saved the day for us by staying after closing to take care of us. .this is going beyond her job especially on a Sunday afternoonDAIVID C.

My overall experience with Uhaul this time was a mess. First, my pick up location was changed and no one informed me, not by text, email, or phone. I only became aware because I called the location to see if my equipment would be ready early. Then, after learning of my location change, I called again to see if it might be ready early. The lady then informed me that the location closes 1 hour before my scheduled pickup time. So again, I was not informed of this, and had I not called would have been left with no trailer. I understand this is not totally the fault of Survivor Shelters but I do feel that a reservation should not be allowed to be scheduled at a time that a business is closed.Sharee D.

The owner was not friendly when trying to return the trailer. He used profane language and threatened to charge my Visa card for damages to his property that he claimed we did. He continued to be very unprofessional, even when I tried to deescalate the situation. He refused to return the trailer and called the police when I was standing there. I have never been treated as poorly as a customer in my entire life. I would not recommend doing business with this individual.matthew W.

Their new location had not been input into the system that would have shown this was going to be an additional 8 mile drive. The website sent me to the wrong pickup place. (Didn't have trailers) The pickup place didn't have the ball for the hitch I needed so I had to go to Lowe's and get one and come back. And at the drop off location I was told the trailer was hooked up incorrectly. I was told I could take the trailer back to any U-Haul store i wanted. Once I got to my destination, I was refused by three different locations. They would not take the trailer. I drove around in a town I was unfamiliar with for an hour before I found a place that would accept it.LouAnn S.

I was told if I turned it in on Saturday I would NOT be charged a second day! I was charged a second day. NOT HAPPY!!! I don't like being lied to!David C.
I requested a 5'X10' open trailer without walk ramp at $19.95 per day instead I got 5'X9' enclosed trailer with loading ramp. When I refused delivery they put me in an enclosed panel truck that cost me $45.61 plus a $12.00 gas fill up for a total of $57.61! U-haul's inefficiency to customer request satisfaction ended up costing me an unnessary $37.66. My extended family and I have used U-haul quit often in the past but in the future it will be our last alternative. I feel that U-haul owes me $37.66.stephen H.
