TRACY RThe U-Haul app was supposed to be simple, and allow you to do everything in the app. That is not the case. Everything was simple until I went to pick up the keys. There was nothing informing me how to access the keys to the truck within the app. I had to call, and was on hold waiting for a representative for 20 minutes. I had to go to the website to do what I should have been able to do using the app. The storage lady showed up to open and she took care of it for me instead. What is the point of using the U-Haul app to get your rental before hours just to have to call them or have to wait for the place to open and have them help you? The lady at Meadows Storage was extremely helpful, and went out of her way to assist me. Next time I will go strictly to Meadows and do it in person. I will not use the U-Haul app.
