JOHN VI only had it for 7 hrs but had to pay for 2 full days and insurance which I didn’t ask for I feel it was a scam and I believe I am owed money back because what I was charged was way too much for 6 hours not to mention the app doesn’t work it wouldn’t let me check truck in or take pics I b also feel this caused me to be overcharged
Ralph NWhen I rented the truck the owner Googled the distance from his location to the location that I moved to. This didn't allow for any extra miles at all, which resulted in me being charged an extra fee for going over the mileage. Also I rented the truck for two days but I returned it early, but I was still charged for a two day rental.
