Unfortunately, there was nobody at the shop during this time, and I was on the verge of canceling my reservation to find another location nearby. I spent this 50 minutes in the morning contacting and speaking with customer service.

MICHAEL LAWRENCEThe 26' Truck was old and the service light was on at the time I have rented it first. Two weeks later I needed an other 26' truck and got the same one. No fix on the service, the light was still on and additional the oil check light came on too. At the end of the trip the power steering leaked fluid.

Debra LynnI was over charged for an additional day. The door of the trailer I rented had jammed the door latch requiring a pry bar to get it freed. Luckily I had a pry bar available to me, if not, I wouldn't been able to use it at all.

Anthony BidneyTires needed air and they don’t check the tires and they don’t have an air compressor. I had to stop at another station to put a safe pressure in the tires. Half the lights didn’t work. The checkout was painfully slow. Didn’t seem appreciative of my business. They have an easy parking access to pickup and drop off.

Please provide information to customers to avoid the 7 phone calls I got in the span of three hours about information that could have been told to me from the very beginning that would have saved a lot of money and trouble from the start.
