The only complication that we experienced was a difference in price from a reservation online and the system at the sweet homes location. Ensuring that the pricing is consistent between both systems would be helpful and save time for both the customer and the uhall location operator. The operator was very pleasant and accommodating and made the adjustment to the price to match our reservation price online. Great job great experience we'll rent again.

The office i was sent to before this one in Lebanon was a nightmare. Because they didn't push the button for it to be mobile pick up even though thats what I rented, I had to drive clear to sweet home. Where it took me an additional 2 hours to check the truck out. By the time I got back to the event site it was midnight. I ended up in the hospital trying to still make my deadline and it cost me an extra 300$ and could have been avoided entirely if the man watching me from his trailer had answered his phone. I planned plenty ahead of time to have more than enough time to pick up the truck. Not only was I off site late, ended up in the hospital, but I had to rent it for a whole extra day. Who ever that man is should be ashamed. And rest assured and attorney is being contacted. I have absolutely never experienced the service i did at Lebanon. This sweethome location was helpful and even made sure I got it all checked out.
