I'd recommend if the mileage showed correctly. My sister and I drove the exact same route, which was 6 miles, and I was charged for 9 miles. Can't argue with the odometer, but the Uhaul showed more mileage than what my sister's vehicle did for some odd reason. Not the facility's fault. It's the actual truck that I rented was off

Have a sign that states app may not be compatible with older phones as I spent 20 minutes trying to get the app to work before giving up and just putting my key in the drop box. Thankfully they finished the return for me as I was worried it wouldn't get checked in on time.
