The truck ran fine. Reservation process was incredibly long and dependent on us having the app. Would like for the location to have available WiFi if that is required. I had to input drivers license info twice: once before pick up and a second time at pick up. Overall frustrating experience.

I took over an hour to pick up the truck. Since I had an out of state license there was a problem. The person at the station could not get their device to release the truck to me. We tried the app but that did not work either. We did finally get someone in service to walk us through and approve the rental so we could go do our task.
