I made a reservation online, the reservation never transferred. Upon making the reservation I elected not to add safemove for $30. Yet after getting rental and later checking the rental agreement via email I was charged for safemove.

Donna MTruck was fine, other than cup holder being used as an ashtray with ashes left in it. The auto transport was another story. The left loading ramp came completely out of storage slot. Wheel to hold in place when extended was completely worn and did not prevent over extetion. All but one running light inoperative. Taillights inoperative, preventing nighttime driving.

The facility is in a convenient location, has ample parking space, the inventory is clean, and the owner is very helpful with the contract along with the hookup and return of the trailer.

Philip N20' box truck was released to me with a 15" tear in a rear wheel. I tried and "negotiated" with the franchise owner to fix or replace the truck to no avail. Although he was cordial, his schedule kept changing thus forcing me to use off-highway roads at very low speed to limp back to his Uhaul yard.

LESLIE SI did not even know this location existed. They had a lot more inventory than some of the other uhauls that I had been to. The gentleman was incredibly helpful and polite.
Kathy BCustomers for the self-storage area on-site were complaining about black mold. The parking lot for the uhaul equipment was clean and organized. Customers for the self-storage on-site business impacted the overall review.
CHRISTIE CLeon at Sylva Self Storage was the only bright spot with my UHaul experience. UHaul itself was absolutely ridiculous. I will never use your company again and will definitely let others know how horrible UHaul is.

Julie TNot leave when we say we're on our way. We got there no one was there. We called they said we could do it online. So we start doing that. That took 30 min because it never would work. We called back he said it won't work. Because he hadn't put it on his computer. Then told us it would be another 30min before he was back. So we waited a hour for him to get back from eating. If you know someone is there wanting. Why would you still take a hour lunch. And leave the customer sitting in a hot ass packing lot. Waiting on his ass.
