Hey, Universe, when I said I have nostalgic feelings for the 90's, I didn't mean THIS. No seat position controls other than forward-backward (manual, of course), no steering wheel position controls, no electric mirrors controls (roll the windows down - with a roller - and adjust using your hand). No cruise control, of course. The mileage says 70K miles only somehow, but I don't believe it, the suspension was complaining all the way. It had AZ plates, so did quite a bit of travel . AC is a beast, though. All in all, a stressful and very uncomfortable drive, especially when empty, but did the job.Yan S.

I had a concern regarding the lights. During the hookup, the associate, I think his name was Will. Did the light check while I activated the lights from the car. When we stopped for gas, we rechecked the lights before proceeding. At that time, my wife noted that only the upper lights across the trailer were functioning, not the lower. We spent 20 minutes looking to see if we could find the problem, which I suspect is a bad ground connection, but could not locate it. Since we had left right, running and brake lights, we proceeded.Brian M.
Have a customer service rep available at the location to assist with pick up because it is very not user friendly and there are many many issues with the website. Also they got my reservation wrong and forgot the utility dolly I ordered which made my move significantly more difficult. The van itself was fine.Paul M.
